Change management has never been more important in healthcare than it is today on the heels of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Meghan Kurtz helps hospitals and health systems manage these and other changes with thoughtfulness and planning.
She draws on her experience working in a medical staff office and managing a CVO to bring key stakeholders together and encourages them to work toward a shared goal. Communication is central to Meghan’s efforts, as she wants to be sure that everyone knows they are being heard.
Meghan specializes in medical staff services and credentials management, helping healthcare organizations use MSOW and Apogee optimally. Before joining Morrisey, she was a medical affairs coordinator at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia, for six months. Previously, she was manager of the CVO at Inova for two years, where she implemented Morrisey’s software at five hospitals.
She has a master’s degree in health and medical policy and a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
